This Coravin Wine Storage System comes with: * Wine System * 2 Stoppers * Pivot Aerator * 2 Capsules (15 glasses per capsule) * Open the bottle of wine. Replace the cork or screw cap with a Pivot Stopper with the cap open (make sure the Stopper and the neck of the bottle are both dry). * To pour, place the Pivot device in the stopper. Tilt the bottle so the spout hangs over the wine glass and hold down the button on the device. Release the button and straighten the bottle to stop pouring.
