After the successful launch of the well-known Kentucky Tendon Protectors Bamboo Elastic Vegan Wool, we now present the Tendon Protectors Bamboo Elastic Velvet Vegan Wool. These tendon protectors are made with a strong EVA outer shell and covered with the signature velvet fabric using innovative hot-press technology. The tendon area is reinforced with the bamboo shield to prevent penetration. Kentucky has developed its own internal testing machine, where the tendon protectors are tested with a force of 80N, comparable to a razor-sharp axe falling on a horizontal horse leg. The Bamboo shield covers withstand this extreme test, which cannot be compared to real impact during riding. The Tendon Protectors Bamboo Velvet elastic vegan wool feature the well-known artificial wool that Kentucky has been using for many years for our halters, show blankets, and girths. The outer shell of the leg protection is made of lightweight yet strong EVA, with an additional bamboo shield in the tendon area. EVA has excellent shock-absorbing properties, and the leg protection is 35% lighter than TPU leg protection. The bamboo shield also has antibacterial properties. To prevent friction, a soft piece of natural rubber has been added where the horse bends its leg. Thanks to all these features, this leg protection offers ultimate comfort and protection for the horse's legs. The anatomical design ensures that the leg protectors fit nicely around the horse's leg for maximum comfort and protection. This gives the horse maximum freedom of movement to jump better. The Tendon Protectors Bamboo Elastic Velvet are available in sizes S, M, and L.
